Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using GlossyOS, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Your account

You must be 16+ and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity on your account.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use GlossyOS to send spam, phishing, or unlawful content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or scrape the service.
• You are responsible for the data you upload, including consent from your customers.

4. Plans and billing

Some features require a paid plan. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time in your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Customer data

You retain ownership of the data you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and process it so we can provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Availability

We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and outages can occur. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination we delete your data per our retention policy.

8. Disclaimer

GlossyOS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the GlossyOS operating entity is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
